Our Brain Is a Goal Achieving Machine with Brenda Lee
About this Episode
In this episode, I interview Brenda Lee, Emotional Intelligence Expert, who has been helping everyone from individuals to corporate teams, from attaining healing after divorce to breaking through the conditional gaps holding us back. Brenda began her journey in helping others to navigate the world with more awareness of their subconscious, their conditioning, and the lens through which they view the world around them, when she began trying to better understand her husband and his addiction. Half-way through a 14-year marriage filled with difficulty, Brenda sought to understand what made others tick, and how people connect to, interact with and relate to one another; her work with therapists, neuroscientists and conventional and non-conventional practitioners, led her to the conclusion that it has nothing to do with others, and everything to do with ourselves and our 2 AM voice.
Listen to our interview, filled with powerful insights on the inner workings of the human mind, how we get in our own way, and why imposter syndrome just doesn’t exist. Brenda shares her powerful insights on living life on purpose, even when it may be uncertain and at times terrifying, and the natural flow of energy toward our belief. She speaks to the power of focusing on the positive and cultivating what our brains believe to be true through engaged and intentional visualization. This episode will leave you feeling inspired to dig into the 95% of your mind’s subconscious, running the 5% of our daily decision making. Tune in and rewrite the code by taking power back over your emotions and conditioned programming.
