Amy

amyIn 2005 I was pregnant with my first child and was in my eighth year of teaching middle school science. I knew I wanted to be home with my child, however I also needed to still bring in some sort of income. I began a cotillion franchise with a friend and quickly learned how much I loved owning my own business.

By 2013, my husband and I had two children, and the youngest would begin Kindergarten in the fall of 2014. Our cotillion business had grown some over the past nine years, but not much. I was looking for a way to make a substantial contribution to our family’s income while still being available for my children at school, gymnastics, swimming, and tae kwon do.

I am thrilled to say that I have been able to accomplish that balance so many moms strive for each day with this business. I schedule my work around my family, and I am providing additional income that otherwise would not be possible.
